Evolve Coffee + Matcha made its way to the Northshore in June 2026 as our first café north of the lake. Located in The Village Shopping Center, the space carries the same warm and earthy modern aesthetic our Southshore customers know and love, just with a Northshore address. Stop in for ceremonial-grade matcha whisked to order or expertly crafted espresso, and stay a while as you sip and savor.

What we're pouring
Matcha
Our ceremonial-grade matcha is ethically sourced from Japan. Fan favorites include the White Chocolate Matcha, Lavender Matcha Latte, and our signature Evolution which combines our two loves: Matcha and Espresso!
Coffee
Specialty Espresso and Single Origin Coffee from New Orleans' Mojo Coffee Roasters. You'll find the classics plus our signature and rotating seasonal drinks.
Something to Eat
House baked cinnamon rolls and muffins, breakfast biscuits, egg bites and more.
Parking & accessibility
Free surface parking is available in The Village Shopping Center lot. Inside you'll find indoor seating for dining, working, and meeting. Both dine-in and takeout are available.
Getting here from around the Northshore
We're on US-190 in the heart of Mandeville's commercial corridor, in The Village Shopping Center. The café is an easy drive from Covington, Madisonville, Abita Springs, and Lacombe, and a short trip from the north landing of the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway if you're coming up from Metairie or New Orleans.
